"My Experience at this location has been Pleasant the ladies their are professional and extremely helpful, it’s very clean and organize however there’s one special woman in particular that has definitely stood out from everyone else this woman by the name “DELAINA” has been the highlight the light to the end of my dark tunnel … I was laid off from job and was in between blessings like my grandmother says in between a rock and a hard place she has spoke life into me, listen to my personal problems (which isn’t her job) I didn’t have a way to pay for my auto insurance and just needed a push) at first she told me there was nothing that they could do. She didn’t give up on me and she sat there and was that ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. See there’s some people that come in to work for a check and there’s that come in to be able to be a blessing to the people through their good customer service, smile, assistance and expertise etc. I can tell she’s a beautiful and supportive Mom/Aunt beside she truly cared DELAINA WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO TRY TO HELP ME TO EXPLORE OPTIONS PERSONALLY AND WAS WORKING DILIGENTLY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT COULD SHE DO TO REACH OUT TO HER TEAM TO HELP …I really felt like my grandmother sent her to not give up on me because she didn’t know I needed someone in that moment. I didn’t have anyone to turn to other than God. I felt like giving up and depression sunk in and tried everything in my power …so when I tell you She called back days later and express that they would be able to help me I couldn’t help but to burst in tears in joy! You can’t find good help these days! We need more agents and people like “DELAINA” that love and value her customers because we are like family to her and she is like family to me in this moment and forever! I love love her!
