My wife Sandy and I had a few questions about our Home and auto policy. These ladies answered our questions very professional. We couldn't ask for any better service . Sandy and I we were with other agencies, we got screwed over,when we came to State Farm Mike Williams . She is both very professional and very friendly which often times do not go together. I might be able to find cheaper insurance else where, but then I’d loose to costumer service that I’ve grown used too. Find more like her if possible."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself stress and frustration, not to mention money. Go with any other agency before you waste your time on this agency. From agents not doing their jobs, to not notifying clients of issues via call or text, to not being accountable, keep the safety of your home, car and whatever you need insured with anyone else besides this office. Their agents(not just 1 but multiple) fail to file information in timely a timely manner. They fail to send out information and equipment and when you are given a rate increase they won’t and can’t adjust the bill to reflect the correct monthly premium. They want you to pay extra because of their unprofessional conduct and be ok with it. State Farm corporate lets you file a complaint, the attorney general’s office, the FCC and the board of insurance. I urge you to file complaints every single time they cause a issue with your insurance due to their employees failing to do their job. State Farm has gone downhill. Everything is blamed on the mysterious “underwriter” who has no name, number or contact information. It comes down to fraud with this office and State Farm at this point. They fail at everything when it comes to their clients. Save yourself the nightmare."

"Be cautious when dealing with this location. Delaina has acted unethically by using my name—without my knowledge or permission—to apply discounts to my ex-husband’s insurance policies. I recently discovered that seven items are currently linked to my name without my consent. This is not only unprofessional but also potentially fraudulent. I strongly believe this behavior should be investigated. Protect your personal information and review your account details carefully."
